Exchange and Return Policy

Because we at Riore are keen to provide a unique and satisfying experience in every detail, from ordering to receiving, we have been keen to provide a flexible and convenient exchange and return policy for everyone.

That's why we've provided this policy for you:


o If the products you receive do not conform to the specifications mentioned in the store

o Contact customer service through one of the contact options on the contact page.

o Ensure that the products are unused and are returned in their original packaging in the condition you received them.

o We will arrange to collect the products from you at the same delivery address.

o If your order was made using a credit card or bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded to the card or account used.

o If your order is cash on delivery, you will receive a credit that can be redeemed in the store for the value of the returned products.

General provisions:

o This service is only available in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

o The refund to your credit card or bank account takes 7 to 14 business days to appear on your bank statement.

o Used or damaged products with damaged packaging will not be accepted as returned merchandise.

o This service does not include misuse.

o If your order is returned to us by the shipping company because you did not receive it for more than five days, we will deduct the shipping costs and return the remaining amount to your card or account that was used within 14 business days from the date it was returned to us.

o If you wish to return a product that is in good condition and free of defects, the customer will be responsible for sending it to the store's address. After ensuring that it is unused and in its original packaging, the amount will be refunded.
